Penn State offers weight management tips

Penn State Extension invites you to learn how to better manage your weight through healthy eating as part of its “Let’s Cook at Home” cooking class series.

Using a variety of ingredients, learn the basics of weight management while making healthy meals and snacks with fewer calories during this webinar.

“Let’s Cook for Weight Management” will take place on Wednesday from noon-1 p.m.

You will learn the basics of weight management while eating fewer calories and still feeling full and satisfied. We will also cover topics such as nutrition, shopping, time management and more.
