State police at Stroudsburg responded at 1:41 p.m. May 10 to Cedar Court in Middle Smithfield Township for a report of a person receiving multiple unwanted text messages and calls. Through an investigation it was determined the victim, a 33-year-old woman from East Stroudsburg, was being harassed by communications from two separate parties, a 36-year-old man from Bushkill and a 36-year-old woman from Kunkletown, who troopers declined to identify.
