The Tamaqua School Board approved the following personnel matters at Tuesday’s school board meeting.

• Retirement of Karen Campomizzi, high school mathematics teacher, effective the end of the 2020-2021 school year.

• Retirement of Ellen Troxell, high school health and physical education teacher, effective the end of the school year.

• Retirement of Georgiann Setser, elementary teacher, effective the end of the 2020-2021 school year.

• Resignation of Dawn Clouser, part-time paraprofessional, effective the end of the day April 16, 2021.

• Emilee Baker and Abigail Graver, 2021 Summer School Program substitute teachers, at a prorated stipend to be determined.

• Abigail Graver, 2021 extended school year teacher at an established stipend of $25 per hour.

• Jody Bachert, 2021 extended school year teacher at an established stipend of $25 per hour.

• Jessica Schaeffer, 2021 extended school year teacher, at an established stipend of $25 per hour.

• Cindy Dover, 2021 extended school year paraprofessional, at her current hourly rate.

• Briona Deeter, Tamaqua, certified teacher, Bachelors, Step 1, on a scale to be determined, starting the 2021-2022 school year.

• Sarah Geronimo, Tamaqua, certified teacher, Bachelors, Step 1, on a scale to be determined, starting the 2021-2022 school year.

• Autumn Pedron, Pottsville, certified teacher, Bachelors, Step 1, on a scale to be determined, starting the 2021-2022 school year.

• Cera Gaston, Lehighton, certified teacher, Bachelors, Step 1, on a scale to be determined, starting the 2021-2022 school year.

• James H. McCabe, 2021-2022 high school health and physical education department chairman, at a stipend to be determined.

• The following were hired as summer school program teachers at a $2,500 stipend:
