Northern Lehigh School Board on Monday approved the following personnel matters:

• The retirement resignation of Claire Cannon, Slatington Elementary third-grade teacher, effective the end of the 2020-2021 school year, after 31 years of service.

• The retirement resignation of Patricia Ingles, high school paraprofessional, effective the end of the 2020-2021 school year, after 14.5 years of service.

• The retirement of Joan DeSousa, Peters Elementary paraprofessional, effective July 29, after 12 years of service.

• The administrative transfer of Amanda Grozier from instructional paraprofessional - emotional support, to instructional paraprofessional - classroom, at no change in salary, effective Monday.

• Kimberly Deprill as an instructional paraprofessional, at a salary of $15 an hour, effective May 11.

• Joan DeSousa as a substitute secretary and/or substitute paraprofessionals for the 2021-2022 school year at the 2021-2022 substitute rate.

• Ryan Cunningham, game worker for the 2020-2021 school year.
