Hershey Entertainment and Resort Company officials announced plans to formally dedicate The Pocono Hershey Resort in White Haven.

The four-story East Wing is the principal component of a $6 million expansion and renovation project that began last year. The structure includes 73 new guest rooms, a bi-level cocktail lounge overlooking the Pocono Mountains and four new meeting rooms consisting of more than 6,000 square feet of new conference and banquet space.

A new restaurant, A Touch of Vanilla, and the new Molly Maguire Ice Cream Parlor were also built as part of the project that opened last fall.
