A Carbon County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred at 5:07 p.m. April 22.

State police at Fern Ridge said in the area of 20 Mohegan Circle, Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, Joseph Romano, 36, of Lake Harmony, struck the vehicle of a 41-year-old man from Albrightsville, with a tire iron.

He then threw the tire iron and smashed a window on the victim’s home.

Romano was charged with criminal mischief.
