Fire companies from throughout Monroe county battled an apartment building fire this morning at 127 Snyder Lane in Brodheadsville.
Flames and smoke were showing when the first responders arrived on scene. The structure is just a matter of feet from the West End fire company’s main station.
The call came in at 10:02 a.m.
The tenant, Kenny Ireland, was home at the time, but managed to get out safely.
Firefighters from Polk, Kunkletown, Jackson and Blue Ridge assisted West End Fire Company.
