State police at Frackville reported on the following incidents:
• On March 17 at 7:25 p.m. troopers investigated a harassment incident between neighbors along Locust Street in Tuscarora, Schuylkill Township. As a result, Diane Battaglia, 59, of Tuscarora, was cited for harassment of a 42-year-old man from Tuscarora. Charges were filed.
• On March 23 at 2:51 p.m. troopers responded to a residence along East Ogden Street in Girardville for a domestic dispute. A 46-year-old woman from Hazleton reported she was struck by Shawn Grady, 46, of Shenandoah. Grady was found in possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of harassment - physical contact, and drug possession are pending against Grady.
State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on the following incidents.
• On March 14 at 2:30 p.m. troopers responded to East Bacon Street in Palo Alto borough for a report of an indecent exposure incident. Upon investigation it was discovered a robbery had occurred. Charges of robbery were filed against Kenneth Mitchell, 20, of Palo Alto. The victim is listed as a 16-year-old male from Schuylkill Haven.
• On March 23 at 3:32 p.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop of a 1999 Chevrolet along Route 183 at Meadowbrook Drive, in Wayne Township. The driver was identified as Tobi Metz, 39, of Schuylkill Haven. A consent search of the vehicle was conducted and illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia were found. It was also learned that Metz had an active warrant for his arrest issued out of Schuylkill County. He was taken custody on the warrant and placed in the county prison in Pottsville.
Drug charges are pending completion of an investigation.
