The Schuylkill County Coroner’s office has been dispatched to a fatal crash in Shenandoah.

A supervisor with the Schuylkill County Communications Center said the Shenandoah Fire Department was dispatched to the intersection of Yatesville Road and E. Centre St. in Shenandoah at 11:32 a.m.

The coroner’s office was notified at 12:03 p.m. Deputy Coroner Andrew Szczyglak pronounced the 69-year-old man dead at 12:20 p.m. Next of-kin have not yet been notified. Szczyglak said a virtual autopsy is scheduled at the Simon Kramer Cancer Institute, New Philadelphia, later today.
