West Penn Township supervisors on Monday addressed a union settlement.

There were discussions after filing a grievance related to the termination of Brian Reeser, a former township employee. The township reached a settlement with Reeser, in which the township would pay him $3,500.

“He would withdraw the grievance and release the township from any liability,” said Paul Datte, solicitor, after explaining the situation.
