One person was injured Wednesday evening when involved in a crash in Rush Township. The accident occurred at 7 p.m. along Route 309 at the intersection with Fairview street in the village of Ginthers.

The incident involved a pickup truck and a tractor trailer.

The pickup came to rest on a private parking lot with heavy front end damage. The Hometown fire company responded to the scene.

The incident is being investigated by the Rush Township police.
