State police at Frackville reported investigating the following crashes on Schuylkill County roads:
• A one-vehicle crash was reported at 3:03 p.m. on Feb. 18 along the Burma Road (Route 1006), in Blythe Township. Troopers said Seth M. Maley, 20, of Mahanoy City, was driving a 1997 Ford Ranger truck northbound and negotiating a slight right hand turn when his vehicle hit a slushy/snow spot on the road. Maley started to lose control of the vehicle, which slid onto the right shoulder and struck a snow bank, then rolled over into the right lane and came to final rest on its roof.
Maley was not injured. The vehicle had to be towed.
• A two-vehicle crash was reported at 7:18 a.m. on Feb. 19 along Interstate 81 in Frailey Township. Troopers said Donna S. Davis, 59, of Mahanoy City, was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu southbound when she observed a disabled vehicle stuck in the snow. She stopped and began to back up to assist the disabled motorist when her vehicle was struck by a 2001 Freightliner tractor with trailer operated by Farshad Azimi, 57, of Glen Allen, Virginia.
Davis, her passenger, Toni L. Panko, 49, of Mount Carmel, and Azime were all not injured. The Malibu had to be towed.
Davis was cited for the crash.
