The Carbon County Emergency Management Agency has announced the following emergency services training sessions available to emergency personnel.

• Hazmat Operations Annual Refresher: 8 a.m. on March 6 at the Carbon County EMA.

• Fire Ground Support: 6:30 p.m. beginning on March 8 at the Towamensing Township Fire Co. Dates include March 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 27 and 29. To register, email carbonfiretraining@yahoo.com.

• Exterior Firefighter: 6:30 p.m. beginning March 31 at the Towamensing Township Fire Co. Dates include March 31 and April 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26 and 28. To register, email carbonfiretraining@yahoo.com.

• CERT: 6-9 p.m. on April 5, 12, 19 and 26 at the Carbon County EMA.

• ICS-300 (Incident Command): April 6, 8, 10, 11 at the Carbon County EMA.

• ICS-400 (Advanced Incident Command): 8 a.m. on May 1 and 2 at the Carbon County EMA.

• Interior Firefighter: 6:30 p.m. beginning on May 17 at the Towamensing Township Fire Co. Dates include May 17, 19, 24, 26; June 2, 5, 6, 7, 9. To register, email carbonfiretraining@yahoo.com.
