Three area players were named to the First Team of the Colonial League Girls Basketball Coaches Association All-Star team.

Northwestern’s Alexandra Lister and Paige Sevrain, who recently helped the Tigers win the league title, both received first-team honors, as did Palmerton’s Brianna Moore.

The Blue Bombers also had Bethie Morgan named to the Second Team, where Northern Lehigh’s Aubrey Pollard also earned a spot.

Other local players receiving honorable mention selections included Northern Lehigh’s Emma Niebell and Madison Seier, and Palmerton’s Raegan Nemeth.

The coaches selected Trinity Williams of Palisades as the league’s Player of the Year.
