Today the Times News wrote that Panther Valley may increase taxes. Why? What do we get? The high school is always ranked in the lower half of the list. Summit Hill and Lansford have mostly empty store fronts. Why?

What we need is business to help ease our tax, and make it so we don’t have to travel to shop. What we need is jobs around here so our kids don’t have to travel or move away. What we need is more help and less tax, or what we’ll end up with is a big parking lot or ghost towns. Come on, do something for the people who live here.
