The Carbon-Schuylkill Industrial Development Corporation reorganized at its first meeting of the year, re-electing Richard E. Forgay II of Lansford for a third consecutive two-year term.

Frank Petrash, the town chairman from Coaldale, served as chairman of the nominating committee which recommended Forgay continue at the helm.

Other officers are Daniel Dopira, Summit Hill, vice president; Francis Koomar, Nesquehoning, treasurer; and attorney Joseph J. Velitsky, Summit Hill, solicitor.

Richard E. Forgay, the town chairman for Lansford and the president’s father, will continue as secretary, a position he has held for many years.
