A wind chill advisory remains in effect until 11 a.m. Friday. Wind chills will be as low as 20 below zero.
The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Winds will also gust as high as 45 to 50 mph at times tonight through Friday.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
