The Weatherly boys’ basketball team rolled past Tri-Valley Wednesday, setting up a huge showdown with Schuylkill League Division 3 rival Nativity on Friday.

BOYS BASKETBALL

Tri-Valley-Weatherly

Weatherly rolled to a 60-31 Schuylkill League victory over Tri-Valley.

Scotty Zoscin led all scorers with a 21-point performance for the Wreckers, who won their eighth straight, while Antonio Colecio added a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Trevor Lowman chipped in with 12 points.

Weatherly (8-1, 4-1) travels to Pottsville for a huge Division 3 game against Nativity (7-2, 3-0) on Friday night. Nativity handed the Wreckers their only loss of the season on Jan. 8.

The Indians’ Hailey Miller netted a game-high 23 points. Taylor Bowman added seven points
