Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and Schuylkill County Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating Jessica Gladys Burd.

Burd failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Prison Nov. 27 to begin serving her prison sentence of 30 months to seven years in a state prison. The original charges involve delivery of a controlled substance, a felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Burd, 45, is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds.

Her last known address was 1701 Center St., Ashland.

Anyone who may see or come into contact with Burd is asked to call the Schuylkill County 911 Center immediately. All information will remain confidential.
