A Bowmanstown official has expressed concerns over several unplanned expenses.

Councilman Rob Moyer questioned several winter repair items at Tuesday’s borough council meeting.

Moyer said either they aren’t communicating properly, or things come across and it’s too late.

However, council President William Ravert explained to Moyer that the repairs had to be done.

Moyer said he was more concerned about the disbursements.

“There seems to be a breakdown in communication,” Moyer said. “Fortunately, we’ve been diligent.”

Ravert suggested they could possibly look to start up an incident report.
