Lehighton Borough Council took the following action on Monday:

• Adopted a resolution setting the police pension contribution.

• Accepted the Civil Service Eligibility list and 2020 year end overview.

• Appointed System Design Engineers as sewage enforcement officer for the borough.

• Adopted a resolution updating the fee schedule for fiscal year 2021.

• Adopted a resolution for bituminous materials in small quantities.
