State police at the Frackville barracks said a vehicle that struck a parked vehicle on Lincoln Drive in Rush Township fled the scene.

It happened at 10:22 a.m. on Dec. 21.

Police said the vehicle was heading north when it traveled off the right shoulder and crashed into the front of the legally-parked vehicle.

Police said the driver of the striking vehicle fled the scene.

The parked vehicle, a 2017 Honda CR-V, sustained minor damages.
