Winter storm warning remains in effect

A winter storm warning remains in effect until 10 this morning.

Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are expected, with winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.

Snowfall totals for Schuylkill County as of 9:39 p.m. from the National Weather Service State College.

Auburn 9.3 inches; Ringtown 9 inches

The National Weather Service Mount Holly, New Jersey, provided the following snow update totals;

Carbon County

Lehighton 7.8 inches; Lower Towamensing Township 7.7 inches; Meckesville 7.5 inches, at 9:55 p.m.

Lehigh County

Lehigh Valley International Airport, 9.3 inches reported at 1 a.m.; Germansville, 8.9 inches at midnight, Washington Township, 8 inches at 9:22 p.m.

Monroe County

Coolbaugh Township 7.5 inches; East Stroudsburg 7 inches; Kunkletown , 9.2 inches.

Northampton County

Easton, 9 inches; Nazareth 8.1; North Catasauqua 7.7 inches; Bethlehem Township; 6.8.
