A man has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after he passed out in a drive-thru line.

State police at Schuylkill Haven were summoned to the Burger King restaurant on Pottsville Street in North Manheim Township at 10:45 p.m. Nov. 19.

Christopher Miller, 27, of Orwigsburg, who was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Avalanche is facing charges after police awakened him, found him to be under the influence and took him to an area hospital for a blood test.
