State police at Lehighton

State police at Lehighton reported investigating the following incidents:

Troopers responded to a residence along Dinkey Road in East Penn Township for a reported burglary. The property owner said the residence was entered and a flat screen television, valued at $100, was taken. The incident occurred sometime between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 23.

• A 36-year-old man from Palmerton reported a pill bottle prescribed to him and valued at $10 was taken from his 1995 GMC vehicle while parked along Hickory Road in Towamensing Township, sometime overnight between Oct. 21 and 22.

• Police said a 32-year-old woman from Kunkletown went to their station at 5:25 p.m. Oct. 24 to report a physical harassment incident but the woman declined prosecution.

Police said after they determined the incident happened along Pine Grove Road in Eldred Township the woman indicated to police she did not want to cooperate and declined prosecution of the assailant.

• A criminal mischief incident that was reported to state police at 7:50 p.m. Oct. 24 is under investigation.

A 43-year-old woman from Kresgeville said someone threw an unknown object at the window pane of her home in the 700 block of Interchange Road, causing damages.

• A domestic incident in Carbon County led to the arrest of a man.

Police said troopers responded to a residence along White Street in Weissport at 9:42 a.m. on Oct. 24 for an active domestic incident. Jonathan Rutman, 36, fled the scene but was subsequently located. He was charged with harassment - physical contact of a 36-year-old woman.
