The Tigers, coached by Tom Raymer, march 70 yards in the opening quarter to take the lead. Kacik snares a 3-yard scoring pass from Joe Zenko to get his team on the board. A 40-yard toss from Zenko to Jimmie Dias sets up the tally. Kacik reaches the end zone again in the second frame, completing a 73-yard drive with a 10-yard TD run. Zenko adds insurance in the final frame with a 60-yard interception return for a score.
