Police investigate equipment theft worth more than $100K

State police at the Bethlehem barracks are investigating a major theft that happened between Aug. 26 and Sept. 21 at L & M Fabrication, 7230 Beth Bath Pike, East Allen Township.

Police said two trailers, worth $30,000 each, and fabricated steel that was on them, worth $50,000, were stolen.

The victims are identified as a Danielsville man, Harris Camden Terminal Equipment, Camden, New Jersey, and the Cives Steel Company, Gouverneur, New York.

One trailer is a red1996 Great Dane model bearing the New Jersey registration plate TAL58E. The other is a black Fontaine model with a New Jersey registration of T290TF.

Police are asking anyone with information on the incident or stolen property to contact them at 610-861-2026.
