A Monroe County driver was killed when her vehicle and a tractor trailer truck collided along Interstate 380 in Tobyhanna Township. State police at Stroudsburg said the crash occurred at 4:22 p.m. on Oct. 30.

Troopers identified the deceased as Svetlana Potchtar, 54, of Long Pond, who was driving a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. The truck driver was identified as William G. Mendenhall, 56, of Athens, Bradford County, driving a 2012 Freightliner with trailer. Troopers said Potchtar was trapped in her vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Mendenhall sustained a suspected minor injury and was treated at the scene. Troopers said after impact the truck trailer rolled onto its right side. Both vehicles were towed.

No other details of the crash were released.
