A 74-year-old Monroe County man has reported a valuable watch was stolen.

State police at Stroudsburg said at 8:15 a.m. on Oct. 22 they were dispatched to Bridge Side Drive in Middle Smithfield Township for a report of a missing item. During the investigation it was discovered that someone entered the residence, which was unoccupied at the time, and stole a gold Rolex watch valued at $33,000.
