There have been a few changes made to the upcoming District 11 football playoffs.

In Class 4A, Saucon Valley withdrew from the tournament due to uncontrollable circumstances. The Panthers were supposed to be the fifth seed in that class.

With their departure, the district has re-seeded the bracket and has added Bangor as the eighth seed. The previous eight seed, Wilson, has moved up to No. 7 and will now travel to Pottsville. Lehighton, meanwhile, shifts from the seven seed to the sixth seed and will now travel to Northwestern to take on the Tigers.

Blue Mountain, who was the sixth seed, is now No. 5 and will face Bethlehem Catholic.

Also, there have been some time changes in Class 2A.

The Schuylkill Haven at Northern Lehigh contest will now start at 4:10 instead of noon, while Pen Argyl at Palmerton has switched its kickoff from 7 p.m. to 3:10 p.m.

Both the Northern Lehigh and Palmerton games will be aired on BRC 13.
