Donald L. Fredericks of Lansford is president of the class of 118 men who will graduate from the Pennsylvania State Police Academy, Hershey, on Wednesday afternoon.

Among the graduates of James S. Boyd Jr., a former Summit Hill resident.

Fredericks, 23, is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Fredericks of 316 W. Bertsch St., Lansford. He is a graduate of Lansford High School.

Boyd, 26, is a son of Mr. and Mrs. James Boyd of Summit Hill. He is a graduate of Summit Hill High School and served in the military police of the U.S. Army. He and his wife, Carol, and two sons, James III and Bryan, reside in Harrisburg.
