October 31, 1993 - Mark Makovec and Jason Donadi each score a pair of touchdowns to help lift Marian to a 27-6 victory over Mahanoy Area. Donadi returns the opening kickoff 76 yards to get the Colts on the board early and adds a 44-yard TD run in the second quarter. Donadi’s 13-yard run sets up Makovec’s 1-yard scoring plunge in the third frame. Makovec later snares a 26-yard TD toss from Brian Kennedy. The winners, coached by Stan (Dick) Dakosty, also receive key plays on defense as Kennedy intercepts a pass and Chris Yost and Andy DiBuo register sacks.
