State police at Frackville are investigating a rock-throwing incident that was reported to them by a driver on Interstate 81 in Frailey Township.

Police said they received a report at 11:45 p.m. Oct. 9 of someone throwing rocks at a vehicle traveling north on the interstate. Police said a 2020 Volvo tractor trailer had damages to the windshield.
