A New York man was found not guilty of all charges against him during a trial Monday in Schuylkill County court.

Lazarus Tejera was found not guilty of rape by forcible compulsion, rape-impair by administer, drugs or intoxicants, sexual assault, indecent exposure, corruption of minors and indecent assault without consent.

Coadale Police charges Tejera with raping a 14-year old girl in Coaldale August 2018.
