Poll worker training sessions will occur next week.

Judges of elections and poll workers are encouraged to attend either the 1 or 6 p.m. session at the following locations:

Monday Oct. 19

Frackville Borough Hall, 42 S. Center St., Frackville. Use the rear entrance to the gymnasium.

Tuesday, Oct. 20

Tremont Fire Company, 21 Middle Creek Road, Tremont.

Wednesday, Oct. 21

Foursquare Gospel Church, 2300 Mahantongo St., Pottsville.

Thursday, Oct. 22

Landingville Fire Company, 1 Firehouse Road, Landingville.

No additional volunteers are needed, Robin Reiley, trainer, said Wednesday. She called those willing to help out, but some have not returned calls.
