State police at the Frackville barracks are investigating a scattering rubbish incident that happened between 11 a.m. Oct. 1 and 11 a.m. Oct. 3 at property of the Blythe Township Water Authority situated in the 200 block of Moss Glen Road in Schuylkill Township.

Police said someone discarded various amounts of household items along the pole lines of the property.
