State police at the Fern Ridge barracks are investigating the theft of a 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle from Penn Forest Township.

The victim, a 39-year-old Jim Thorpe man, reported between 5:30 p.m. Sept 29 and 10 a.m. Sept. 30 someone stole the bright green and black KFX400 from the residence on Cold Spring Drive in the township. The cycle has a chrome exhaust and chrome wheels and is worth $3,000.

Police are asking anyone who has information on the theft or cycle to contact them at 570-646-2271.
