Rangers and emergency crews rescued a hiker from a trail in Hickory Run State Park on Monday.
A hiker fell around noon while hiking near the base of Hawk Falls. Crews used a gurney and ATV to evacuate the hiker from the trail.
The hiker was taken to a local hospital to be treated for lacerations, rangers said.
Firefighters from Lake Harmony Fire Company and Albrightsville Fire Company, as well as a Lehighton Ambulance crew assisted DCNR Rangers.
