The third annual East Stroudsburg, PA Virtual Run For Resilience Ostomy 5K will take place on Saturday.

The race is sponsored by the Ostomy Support of the Poconos, a nonprofit organization affiliated with United Ostomy Association of America and proceeds will benefit the UOAA.

The goal of the event is to still make this a public education and awareness day for people living with an ostomy or continent diversion. Through education and awareness, this will help erase any myths, stigma, and embarrassment for our ostomy community.
