State police at Frackville reported on the following arrests made by troopers at Schuylkill County locations:

• On Sept. 3 at 8:44 p.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop along Altamont Boulevard in West Mahanoy Township for a traffic violation. The driver, a 20-year-old man from Shenandoah was found in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Charges to be filed.

• On Sept. 4 at 8:05 a.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop along Altamont Boulevard in West Mahanoy Township for at traffic violation. A passenger in the vehicle, a 43-year-old man from Barnesville was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. He was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance. He was taken into custody on the warrant. Drug charges will be filed.

• On Sept. 5 at 6:56 a.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop along Interstate 81 in Ryan Township for a traffic violation. The driver, a 31-year-old woman from Gordon showed signs of impairment and was subsequently placed under arrest for driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Troopers did not identify the suspects.
