A stretch of dry weather has allowed workers from Reading Blue Mountain and Northern Railroad to make strides with constructing a passenger platform at the Tamaqua train station. With the macadam base and electrical conduit completed, workers installed iron fencing on Monday. Next will be Victorian-style gooseneck lighting and benches. DONALD R.
