Two Carbon County drivers were reported to be in Lehigh County crashes.

• State police at Fogelsville said the crash occurred at 3:57 p.m. Aug. 7 along Route 309 in Lynn Township. Jennifer L. Gaines, 33, of Jim Thorpe, was northbound operating a 2017 Subaru Forester when Jody L. Morse, 33, of East Stroudsburg, entered the roadway from the west after stopping at a stop sign on Mountain Road, driving a 2016 Nissan Rogue. The Rogue hit the front driver’s side of the Forester. No one was injured but the Subaru was towed.

Morse was cited in the crash.

• An area driver was involved in a two-vehicle crash that occurred at 3:45 p.m. on July 31 along Route 22 in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said the crash occurred as Roberto B. Soto, 48, of Albrightsville, and Lizbeth E. Tenorio, 26, of Corona, New York, were both westbound. The crash occurred when traffic came to a sudden stop and Tenorio’s 2009 Honda Accord rear-ended Soto’s 2011 Kia Soul.

Soto suffered a suspected minor injury and was taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. Tenorio and her passenger, Jonathan Ramos, 29, of Whitehall, were not injured.
