A Weatherly man has been accused of assaulting two people in his home.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed by Patrolman Charles McFeeley in the case against Scott Coll:

On July 20, McFeeley was dispatched by Carbon County Communications Center to a home in the 100 block of Lauderburn Avenue for an active domestic. The caller said someone was physically assaulting the family.

A man and woman reported that Coll, 23, came into the residence and went to his room and started slamming things, then assaulted a man by pulling his hair and punching him.

The woman got in between the two men and was also injured.

Coll faces charges of simple assault; disorderly conduct - engage in fighting; and harassment.
