Tamaqua outhit Southern Area Tuesday night, but the Blue Sox still dropped a 10-3 Schuylkill-Berks Independent League contest.

Tate Ligenza and Luke Van Buskirk each had three hits to lead Tamaqua’s 12-hit output, but the Sox had trouble scoring runs.

Ryan Jarboe had two hits and two RBIs for the A’s, while Keenan Cyrts added a pair of hits and two runs scored.

Tamaqua also received two hits and two runs from Mason Moyer, while Ligenza, Van Buskirk and Kaleb Muschock each knocked in a run.
