Cemetery Road in West Penn Township is closed Wednesday because of a fallen tree bringing utility lines across the roadway. The incident occurred about 4:30 p.m. during a storm. The closure is between Route 309 and Zions Stone Church Road. West Penn fire police maintained traffic control at the scene.
