Tamaqua drug testing schedule for extracurricular activities

Tamaqua Area High School has announced its drug testing dates for students who plan on participating in extracurricular activities.

Testing will take place on Wednesday, July 22 and Tuesday, July 28 from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the Athletic Center locker rooms of the middle school for all students needing the test.

The schedule for both days is as follows:

7th Grade: 8-9 a.m.

8th Grade: 9-10 a.m.

9th Grade: 10-11 a.m.

10th Grade: 11 a.m. until noon

11th Grade: 12-1 p.m.

12th Grade: 1-2 p.m.

It is imperative that students have their form correctly signed, wear a mask and stay six feet apart.

Any student who cannot attend any of the dates provided for drug testing should contact Mike Hromyak, Athletic Director at mhromyak@tamaqua.k12.pa.us or Tom McCabe, principal, at tmccabe@tamaqua.12.pa.us for other arrangements.
