Ty Sander had two hits and Jason Jacoby scored a pair of runs, but Palmerton still dropped a 4-2 Connie Mack scrimmage game to Southern Lehigh on Wednesday.

The winners snapped a 1-1 tie with a run in the sixth inning and added two insurance runs in the seventh.

Palmerton starting pitcher Kaleb Eitner tossed five innings, allowing just two hits, two walks and an unearned run. He also struck out three.

At the plate, Eitner walked twice and also knocked in a run. Mason George chipped in with a single.
