Mr. and Mrs. Harry C. Graver of Kunkletown have announced the engagement of their daughter, Victoria, to William J. Hagan III of New York, New York.

The bride-to-be, of New York, New York, is a 2010 graduate of Palmerton Area High School; a 2014 graduate of Penn State University, Berks; and a 2015 graduate of Penn State University, Hazleton. She is currently employed as a physical therapist assistant at Bedford Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of William J. Jr. and Donna L. Hagan of Dingmans Ferry. He is a 2009 graduate of Delaware Valley High School, a 2012 graduate of East Stroudsburg University, and a 2017 graduate of Cornell Law School. He is currently an attorney at Wollmuth Maher and Deutsch LLP.

An April 24, 2021, wedding is planned.
