A former restaurant in Mahoning Township will soon be on the auction block.

Formerly known as Spring Dell, the one-time business at 1081 Mill Road will be up for auction at 5 p.m. Sunday.

The public real estate auction will be conducted by Dean R. Arner Auctioneer LLC.

Opening bid is $25,000 for the commercially zoned property that consists of two separate parcels that total over 2.64 acres. Parcel 1 is 0.79 acres, while Parcel 2 is 1.85 acres.

Most recently a pizza shop, the building is in a total disrepair and would most likely need to be torn down.

Terms are 10% due the day of auction, with the balance due within 45 days.
