State police at the Lehighton barracks reported on the following incidents:

• Police were summoned to an inactive domestic incident at 9:21 p.m. June 23 in Penn Forest Township and ended up issuing a citation against a woman.

Jordan Rosenberger, no age or address provided by police, was cited for harassment by physical contact.

Police said the victim, told them she shoved and scratched him as he attempted to leave a residence at 26 Porter Drive.

• Police cited two people for harassment by physical contact after an altercation at 3:35 p.m. June 23 at 340 Bear Creek Lake Drive, Penn Forest Township.

Police did not reveal the name of the defendants but said they were involved in an altercation at the beach of Bear Creek Lakes.

• Police arrested Rebecca Sarnicky, 46, of Allentown, on a charge of public drunkenness after they were called to an incident at 2:36 p.m. June 20 at 153 N. Fireline Road in Parryville.

Police said they were summoned there to investigate a report of an intoxicated female lying on the side of the road and found Sarnicky to be highly intoxicated and uncooperative.

She was transported to the St. Luke’s Hospital, Gnaden Huetten Campus, Lehighton, for medical treatment.
